These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between you and GoldEdge Analytics regarding your access to and use of our website, client platform, memberships, market analysis, trade setups, educational material and related digital tools.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership or using any part of GoldEdge Analytics, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not create an account, purchase a membership or continue using the platform.
2. About GoldEdge Analytics
GoldEdge Analytics is an educational and analytical platform focused exclusively on XAUUSD (Gold).
Depending on the selected membership, the platform may provide access to features such as XAUUSD market analysis, an economic calendar, a trading journal, performance statistics, risk-management tools and structured trade setups.
GoldEdge Analytics is not a broker, investment firm, portfolio manager or financial adviser.
We do not hold client funds, connect directly to trading accounts, execute orders or trade on behalf of users.
3. Eligibility
You may use GoldEdge Analytics only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
The platform is not intended for anyone who is prohibited from accessing trading-related educational services in their country of residence.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is complete, accurate and current.
4. Accounts and Security
Each account is personal and may be used only by the registered user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
You may not sell, transfer, lend or share your account with another person. We may request reasonable information to verify account ownership or prevent fraudulent use.
5. Memberships and Platform Access
GoldEdge Analytics may offer the following membership levels: Free, Essential, Professional and Elite.
Each membership includes only the features displayed on the pricing page or confirmed during purchase. Feature availability may differ according to the user's plan.
Paid memberships
Essential, Professional and Elite memberships provide access for a one-year term, beginning when payment is confirmed and access is activated.
Any renewal conditions, including whether renewal is automatic or requires a new purchase, will be clearly disclosed before checkout and in the user's account where applicable.
Free membership
Free access may be subject to feature, usage or journal-entry limits. We may adjust the features included in the Free membership as the platform develops.
6. Pricing, Payments and Taxes
Prices are shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable for the selected membership, subject to any legally required taxes or charges.
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers, including PayPal where available. GoldEdge Analytics does not store complete payment-card details.
You are responsible for providing valid billing information and ensuring that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Promotional offers, discount codes and limited campaigns may be subject to separate eligibility rules, expiry dates and usage limits presented with the relevant offer.
7. Digital Access and Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within a specified period. The precise right and any exceptions depend on the applicable law and on whether the supply of digital content or digital services has already begun.
Where legally required, before immediate premium access begins, we may ask you to expressly request or consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the consequences this may have for your right of withdrawal.

9. No Guaranteed Results
GoldEdge Analytics does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction, profitable trades, a particular win rate, account growth or any other financial result.

Any result shown within the platform may depend on user-entered information, execution price, spreads, commission, slippage, leverage and other factors outside our control.
10. User-Generated Data
The platform may allow you to enter or upload journal records, notes, screenshots, account values and other trading-related information.
You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of the information you submit. You must not upload material that infringes another person's rights, contains malicious code or violates applicable law.
Statistics, risk calculations and performance summaries depend on the data provided by the user. We are not responsible for inaccurate outputs caused by incomplete or incorrect entries.

11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- share, resell or transfer access to your account;
- copy, publish or redistribute premium content without permission;
- circumvent membership restrictions or access controls;

12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the GoldEdge Analytics name, branding, website design, platform interface, written material, market analysis, trade setups, graphics and original digital resources are owned by or licensed to GoldEdge Analytics.
Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access the platform for your own lawful use during the applicable access period.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. Reproduction, resale, publication, redistribution, modification or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
GoldEdge Analytics may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, charting tools, analytics providers, market-data sources and external websites.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, security, content or independent business practices.

14. Availability, Maintenance and Changes

Suspension or termination resulting from a user's material breach does not automatically create a right to a refund, except where required by law.

We do not warrant that every piece of content will be complete, current, error-free or suitable for a user's individual objectives. Market information may become outdated quickly and may contain delays, errors or omissions.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoldEdge Analytics will not be liable for trading losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect loss or consequential damage arising from reliance on platform content or from a user's independent trading decisions.
We are not responsible for losses caused by market volatility, broker execution, leverage, spreads, slippage, outages, incorrect user data or third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct or other non-excludable legal obligations.
18. Indemnity
